Summary / Objective
A Field Service Tech involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations by diagnosing technical issues, providing customer support, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all work performed. Key responsibilities include traveling to sites, troubleshooting complex problems, testing and calibrating equipment, and training clients on proper usage. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Primarily works on-stie at customer to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs. Adhering to the safety measures of the customer’s plant and working both independently as well as a team effort.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely an active technical role whereby there may be times where the employee will be required to lift up to 40lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position based out of the Green Bay, WI office. The expectation is that the employee is available when service is required and is also available for continued training. When not traveling, employee needs to remain flexible to be available when the customer needs demand a technician for support.
Travel
The travel requirements for this position are approximately 70-80%.
