Operations Lead - Kansas

A company is looking for an Operations Lead - Emergency Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

Assess training opportunities and provide training to the team

Create and analyze reports, and conduct payer or practice line analysis

Support team with Q&A and ensure procedures are current

Required Qualifications and Experience

Thorough knowledge of department tasks and RCM Operations

Ability to navigate multiple systems and proficient use of Microsoft products

2+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred

Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills

Bilingual oral and written capability preferred
