We’re a boutique plastic and aesthetic surgery practice in the heart of Houston Heights , and we’re looking for a talented Certified Surgical First Assist who’s just as comfortable stepping in as a scrub tech as well.

What You’ll Do

Be the surgeon’s right hand during beautiful, transformative procedures from meticulous suturing to assisting with simple smaller less invasive procedures.

Take the lead as a scrub tech , setting up, maintaining, and turning over the OR with confidence and finesse.

Anticipate needs, think two steps ahead, and help keep our surgical days smooth, safe, and efficient.

Work alongside a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what we do (and each other!).

Who You Are

A Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA, CSA, or equivalent) — with hands-on OR experience.

Confident jumping between First Assist and Scrub Tech roles .

BLS certified (ACLS a plus).

Experienced in plastic, cosmetic, or reconstructive surgery  or eager to grow in the field.

Detail-oriented, dependable, and upbeat  the kind of teammate everyone wants by their side.

Schedule & Perks

Part-Time : 1–2 surgery days per week (flexible based on case schedule).
