New Jersey Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the monthly close process and oversee day-to-day accounting operations

Perform technical accounting research and coordinate the annual audit process

Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members while promoting a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required

7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Experience in healthcare industry and joint venture environments is a plus

Ability to operate independently in a hands-on capacity within lean or start-up accounting teams
