  • CPA CPA firm seeking a Tax Manager with at least 5 years experience in Public Accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Public accounting experience.
  • Prepare and review : High-net, 1065's, 1041's, 990's, 1120-S
  • Direct and supervise a team of tax staff, in the preparation of tax returns.
  • Review of final product.
  • Staff training.
  • Maintain database to track work group's clients.
  • Set guidelines for proper tax return documentation.
  • Form / Register new businesses.
  • Research tax laws.
