Senior Engineering and Maintenance Leader

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering and Maintenance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering and maintenance strategies to improve quality, production, and reduce downtime and cost.

Your Responsibilities :

Develop and implement engineering and maintenance strategies to improve plant performance

Manage the engineering and maintenance functions in battery components manufacturing processes

Lead teams of manufacturing engineers and maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations

Support and develop department or maintenance projects / activities with good engineering direction

Implement TPM and Lean methodologies

Develop, support, cost estimate, deliver, and document all engineering changes

Initiate actions to prevent nonconformance relating to product, process, and systems

Direct and provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support to operations

Champion training of manufacturing engineering personnel on new processes

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSEE / BSME) or related field from an accredited college or university

Working knowledge of manufacturing / mechanical processes and equipment with robotics and assembly

TPM and Reliability Experience

8+ years' experience in manufacturing environment or a related role

5+ years' experience in an engineering leadership role within a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge and experience with PLC programming

Green Belt and / or Black Belt certification
