We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Production Supervisor to take the lead in our frontline operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in batch or continuous processing manufacturing environments.

Your Impact

Lead Day-to-Day Operations

Ensure consistent output of high-quality product, delivered on time and within spec

Track and act on key production metrics (throughput, downtime, scrap) to boost performance

Motivate, mentor, and support production operators to drive results and engagement

Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning

Coordinate cross-training initiatives to increase operational flexibility

Tackle challenges related to attendance, performance, and morale head-on

Inspire a proactive, customer-centric mindset that embraces innovation and growth

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience and 1+ years in a team lead role

Bilingual : Spanish

College Degree
