Are you a relationship-driven human resources professional who thrives on connecting great talent with meaningful careers? Blair Image Elements is seeking an in-office Talent Acquisition Specialist with some local travel to lead company-wide hiring initiatives, including manufacturing and skilled trade positions.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting while also representing Blair in the community, building partnerships with local high schools, trade programs, community colleges and universities, as well as on social media to develop a strong talent pipeline to support continued growth and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions at Blair, including manufacturing and skilled trade positions
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process
• Build relationships with local educational institutions and workforce development programs to promote Blair career opportunities
• Represent Blair at job fairs, career days, and other recruiting events
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting metrics
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a seamless new-hire experience
