As a Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol in Troy, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence at the front desk, communicate clearly with guests, and support a welcoming environment. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
