Located in Seaside, OR

Salary : $25 - 28 / hr

We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to help provide maintenance coverage in Seaside and Hammond. This is a hands-on position where you'll take on most work orders independently after a brief training period. You'll work directly with the current tech for two days a week to learn the systems and procedures before taking over full-time.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and completing basic electrical repairs
• Repairing drywall, patching holes, and painting as needed
• Installing and replacing appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers
• Performing minor plumbing work (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaky sinks, or toilets that won't flush)
• Coordinating with outside vendors for major electrical, plumbing, or specialized repairs
• Managing your daily work orders independently and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
