Job Description :

The QA Document Issuance and Records Specialist will oversee the day-to-day activities of QA Records and Issuance teams. The Specialist will also oversee all document control functions in EDMS

Provide day-to-day guidance to Issuance and Records personnel as appropriate.
Suggest, design, and implement updates to increase quality and efficiency of the document control process.
Serve as QA representative on project teams.
Provide support for internal and external compliance audits, as well as to Regulatory Affairs by providing requested information for government submissions and legal issues.
Monitor production schedule using SAP and communicate issues with Planning.
Create, revise, and implement department SOP's in Master Control.
Monitor and complete change controls, deviations, and CAPA's in Trackwise

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate's Degree desired.

Minimum 2 years of Documentation-related experience required.

SAP experience required.

Advanced vocational / specialized knowledge required

Microsoft Word and Excel required.

SAP and EDMS knowledge required.

Ability to lift 40 pounds unassisted required

Repetitive activity required

Prolonged sitting and standing required

Shift : WeekdayDays,Monday-Friday

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.

Hiring Wage : $30.99 – $ $41.93 hr. depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises. Midpoint and above is reserved for employees who have longevity with Jubilant HollisterStier and consistently exhibit outstanding performance over a period of time in the role
