job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCollaborate with customers and sales consultants to design beautiful rooms and recommend furniture and accessories Conduct in-home, in-store, and virtual consultations to assess customer needs and preferences Create floor plans and photo-realistic 3D renderings of furniture in customer homes Assist sales consultants in closing transactions by leveraging design knowledge Maintain knowledge of furniture styles, products, and sales processes Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field, or 2 to 4 years of related experience or training Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation for in-home appointments Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Room Planner software is beneficial Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends Strong communication and customer service skills ASID certification Proficiency in full-shot image software Previous experience in the furniture or interior design industry Experience with sales and customer engagement processes Ability to lift and move more than 20 pounds regularly
