Job Title : Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine

Location : Lexington, NE 68850

Contract Length : 17 Weeks

Travel Pay : $3,571 / week

Schedule :

Mon, Wed, Fri : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
Tue, Thu : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Family Medicine for an exciting job in Lexington, NE.

Responsibilities :

Provide primary care for patients aged 2+ (wellness, acute, chronic care)

Perform exams, order / interpret tests, and develop treatment plans

Educate patients on prevention and care

Coordinate referrals and follow-ups

Document care accurately

Work in a dispensing health center with support staff and providers

Requirements :

Active FNP or PA license (state compliant)

Recent family medicine experience

Ability to work independently

Strong communication skills

Preferred :

Bilingual skills

Community health or primary care experience
