As we expand our data infrastructure to support our growing portfolio of products, we're looking for a dedicated BI Engineer to design, optimize, and scale our data systems while enabling powerful business intelligence solutions.

Position Overview

As a BI Engineer at Islands, you'll lead the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure during this high-growth phase. You'll be the architect of our data systems, building robust pipelines, implementing processes, and creating scalable data models that power our business intelligence solutions. Imagine working with a team that's transforming raw data into actionable insights while maintaining the highest standards of data quality and performance.

70% building and optimizing data infrastructure, designing ETL pipelines, implementing data models, and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

30% collaborating across teams, working with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that drive strategic decisions.
