Locations : Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Adams Counties

Compensation : $28-$35 / hour | Flexible Weekly Schedules | 1 : 1 Patient Care

Your Role :

Deliver skilled nursing services in-home, including wound care, medication administration, diabetes care, post-surgical care, injections, and more

Work 1 : 1 with patients, building trust and rapport over time

Collaborate closely with our care team and the patient's physician

Maintain clear, accurate documentation and comply with DOH standards

Who You Are :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Pennsylvania

CPR-certified and able to travel locally with your own vehicle

A skilled communicator with a kind, patient-centered approach

Experience in home health or long-term care is a plus, but not required

Someone who values relationships, teamwork, and compassionate care
