Registered Dietitian – Frail / Elderly Population

As a Registered Dietitian, you’ll design and oversee nutrition services that empower frail and elderly participants to live fuller, healthier lives. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to shape care plans, guide dietary interventions, and ensure every meal meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and compassion.
What You’ll Do
Conduct nutrition assessments to determine each participant’s unique needs, preferences, and goals.
Develop and monitor individualized care plans, special diets, and counseling strategies.
Lead menu design and meal delivery programs that meet both regulatory and nutritional standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to nutrition staff and ensure smooth coordination with food service providers.
Partner with the interdisciplinary team to support participant health and well-being at every stage.
What You’ll Bring
Registered Dietitian with at least 4 years of experience in nutrition services, preferably in long-term, geriatric, or community care settings.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Compassionate approach to working with seniors, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Reliable means of transportation.
