Shift : Days / 6 : 45a-7 : 15p, 12x3, 36hrs / weekLength : 13 Weeks

Weekend Requirements : 3 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Noc : Fri / Sat. Day : Sat / Sun.Holiday Requirements : Typically 2 / 3 holidays, includes eve / day of. Will be On-Call-as much as you like, not mandatory. Please note in interview notes traveler agrees to holiday requirements (will be assigned 2 out of 3 holidays within contract, holidays are considered the eve / day of).

Requirements :

AZ license

2 years' experience

Must be able to do a vaginal exam

Trauma level I / II recent hospital experience required

AWHONN, BLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, NRP

Hospital considers experience worked in the last three years only

Epic EMR proficiency required

With spinning babies experience preferred

Other Details : Radius Rule : 100 milesFloating Requirements : NICU / Peds / Womens as well as MedSurg or ICU with appropriate patient assignment- downgraded, or RDU. L&D nurses may be assigned antepartum patients.
