Server / Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have experience in fine dining or nightclub settings. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Provide attentive service throughout the meal, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Requirements
• Previous experience as a Server in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
• Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling regulations.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
