Description :

This position requires thorough patient assessment and intervention.

The registered nurse will be responsible for medication administration.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to follow through with medical orders and observe patients closely.

Documentation in electronic health records (EHR) is essential.

The nurse will implement and monitor the plan of care developed for each patient.

Experience with assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) is required.

The patient population includes oncology, hematology, end-of-life care / hospice, and overflow medical / surgical cases.

The unit consists of 16 beds.

BLS certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
