Location : Fountain Valley, CA – Onsite, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm

My client, a leading global automotive company recognized for its innovation and commitment to excellence, is seeking a Talent Management Associate to support onboarding and employee engagement programs. This role provides hands-on exposure to talent management strategies and tools while contributing to meaningful employee experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for all new hires, including orientation scheduling, integration activities, and processing of onboarding documentation
- Support execution of the new hire cultural immersion program, including planning, materials preparation, and follow-up
Event Management & Employee Engagement
Plan and manage internal events such as employee appreciation days, team-building activities, leadership forums, and company-wide celebrationsCoordinate logistics for events including venue booking, catering, invitations, registration tracking, and follow-upAssist with execution of service award programs, including milestone tracking, recognition event planning, and award distributionInbox & Communication Management
Serve as point of contact for department-related inquiries, responding to messages and escalating as appropriateSupport shared inboxes on a rotating basis, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routingAdministrative Support
Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reportsAssist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks in support of business objectivesOccasionally facilitate onboarding sessions or employee engagement activitiesQualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of experience in training coordination, HR support, or administrative roles preferredStrong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in ambiguityExcellent communication and presentation skills with proven project management / event coordination experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams); basic–intermediate Excel skills including formulas and data entryWillingness to learn systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, LinkedIn, KnowBe4, and Articulate360Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem solvingTeam player with initiative and ability to work independently on routine tasksAutomotive industry experience a plus
