The Opportunity :
We are committed to providing exceptional products and client experiences, and were looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product team.
The Product Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Camis Solution is well-documented and easy to use through training materials, user guides, and release notes. Leveraging deep product knowledge, you will design and deliver training programs for clients and employees, lead product demonstrations, and provide feedback to improve the Camis Solution.
This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, along with a strong aptitude for learning and explaining software functionality.
