Nature of Work
Under the supervision of the Client Navigator Coordinator, this position provides clinical and administrative coordination of activities related to the intake, assessment, intervention, and treatment of adult clients. Duties include navigating the assessment and admission process for new clients to ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of care for treatment with The Phoenix Center. Make suggestions on program improvements; monitor their clinical documentation for quality and adherence to set standards. No supervisory responsibilities. May require extended after hours and weekend work.
This position involves activities that require ability to lift 30 lbs., reaching, climbing, and grasping. Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels. Visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing surroundings and activities. The worker is not subjected to adverse environmental conditions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a human service area from an accredited institution with successful completion of ADC process within 3 years of hire. Master's degree in a human service area from an accredited institution; ADC credentialed is highly preferred.
