NutriHealth is a leading outpatient private practice, seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding team. We specialize in science-based weight management solutions, committed to transforming lives through comprehensive and personalized approaches to obesity treatment. Our integrated approach includes nutrition planning, fitness integration, behavior therapy, and pharmacotherapy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Nutrition Planning : Collaborate with dietitians to develop and provide ongoing support for individualized nutrition plans and healthy eating habits.
- Fitness Integration : Incorporate fitness and exercise recommendations into patient treatment plans, working closely with patients to set realistic goals and monitor progress.
- Behavior Therapy : Implement behavior therapy techniques to address emotional and behavioral factors contributing to obesity, providing support to help patients overcome challenges in their weight loss journey.
- Pharmacotherapy : Prescribe medications as part of comprehensive treatment plans, monitoring patient responses and adjusting medications as needed.
