Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.

This opportunity is with a small-sized company in the business services industry, specializing in construction project management. The organization focuses on delivering high-quality results while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to meet goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage resource allocation effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile (Qualifications)

  • Background in construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and work with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Competitive salary range of $91,000 to $125,000 annually.
