Med Surg - Night Shift Registered Nurse

• Guide and direct patient care in the medical surgical setting.\n
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the Chief Nursing Officer to address nursing concerns and adhere to hospital policies for optimal patient care.\n
• Ensure medication safety by following the five (5) medication rights to minimize errors.\n
• Manage IV fluids, including preparation, hanging, monitoring, and discontinuation.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited RN program.\n
• Current Tennessee RN license.\n
• Current BLS certification.\n
• One year of hospital experience preferred.\n
• Proficient in interpreting EKGs, lab tests, and other relevant clinical data.
