Senior ServiceNow Developer Location :   Remote (Eastern Time Hours) Employees :   650|  Team Size :   15 |  Revenue :   $100M+ Industry :   B2B Software, Healthcare, Government Reports To :   Director, IT & Cybersecurity Responsibilities :

  • Designing, developing, and implementing software applications on the ServiceNow platform
  • Developing custom applications, integrations with other systems, and configuring solutions
  • Maintaining existing ServiceNow modules to support the business and IT operations
  • Evaluating and / or implementing additional ServiceNow modules, as necessary
  • Adhering to standards for implementations in ServiceNow to ensure consistency and supportability of customizations
  • Perform platform upgrades and review of key update sets
  • Developing test cases for functional and regression testing and execute them as part of any ServiceNow platform or module upgrade / change
  • Create custom workflows to support business processes.
  • Perform data imports
  • Create integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
  • Administer / maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow Business Rules and Metrics

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow platform development
  • Experience collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams + end users
  • Recent experience configuring ITSM and CMDB according to industry best practices
  • Experience with AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, and REST / RESTful APIs + services
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements
  • AngularJS experience is preferred
  • ServiceNow Developer certification is preferred

    • Compensation :

  • 60.00 - $80.00 per hour
