About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Media Planner / Buyer to plan, buy, and optimize campaigns across traditional (TV, radio, print, OOH) and digital platforms-especially Google Ads. You'll manage budgets, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver measurable, meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, purchase, and optimize media across traditional and digital channels (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting).
- Develop strategic, data-driven media plans aligned with client goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio; present clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and billing accuracy (using Bionic for workflow and tracking).
- Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to ensure alignment and seamless campaign execution.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, media innovations, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
2+ years of media planning / buying experience (agency experience preferred).Expertise in Google Marketing Platform tools (Ads, Analytics, Looker Studio); certification a plus.Strong grasp of KPIs, forecasting, and optimization best practices.Familiarity with tools such as GfK MRI, Nielsen IMS, or Moat.Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
