Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural). 3-5 years of relevant engineering or project management experience. Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating internal resources and managing project administration. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Primary Purpose :
Lead engineering, design, and project management initiatives within poultry processing facilities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality projects.
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors) to develop clear project scopes aligned with customer needs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Engineer I team members.
- Conduct detailed research, engineering, and design to develop effective project plans.
- Manage and oversee construction, renovation, and project activities from initiation to completion.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety standards and policies throughout all project phases.
- Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, providing regular status updates and reports.
