Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission aligned Maintenance Worker to support our Facilities Department.

The Maintenance Worker will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone : break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.

The Maintenance Worker will join our Facilities department that maintains a clean and professional work environment within the buildings throughout the agency with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine maintenance / custodial checks and tasks to ensure that the assigned sites are being cleaned to the standard set by HCZ and other regulatory agencies (Health Department, Board of Ed).
