Brooking Park, a leading skilled nursing facility in Chesterfield, MO, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis with on-call responsibilities. This is a fast-paced Short-Term Rehab Unit.

Position : Nurse Manager

Location : Brooking Park, Chesterfield, MO (Hwy 40 / 64 &b Hwy 141)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels, including on-call duties.
