Duties / Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls on a multi-line system and provide assistance to dental offices in a professional manner.
- Effectively manage phone calls and computer tasks simultaneously.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Coordinate deliveries and prepare cases for delivery and shipment.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Receive and process incoming cases.
- Prepare billing for cases.
- Communicate with technicians and dental offices in a professional manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently.Education and Experience :
High School Diploma / GED required.Administrative experience preferred.Dental experience a plus.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
