Title : Director of IT & Business Transformation

Compensation : $180,000 - $210,000

Work Environment : Hybrid (2 Days in Office)

Location : Wheeling, IL

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term IT strategy aligned with business goals and plans.

Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and support services.

Lead the planning, execution, and governance of the SAP S / 4HANA implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Determine and lead any additional system integration, data migration, testing, training, and change management activities needed for maximum organization optimization.

Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize business processes and enhance operational efficiency through technology.

Identify, implement, and oversee a Master Data Management (MDM) strategy to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all business systems.

Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Keep up to date on new technologies that can help advance the organization and keep the company moving forward with new technology.

Assist and oversee companies' cybersecurity ensuring all aspects of the organizations data and information are secure.

Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to maximize value and performance.

Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language to stakeholders at all levels.

Education / Certification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

MBA or Masters in STEM disciplines preferred

Required Experience

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in a CPG or other Manufacturing Company.

Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements relevant to IT systems and data.

Experienced leading and transforming IT departments and organizations in multiple aspects.

Strong business acumen having the ability to understand business needs and find technological solutions that fit company goals.

Background with SAP S4 HANA including implementation and migrations.

Strong experience creating and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) strategies.

Proven experience managing an IT budget to fit organizational business goals.
