Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS / BLS NICU experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing Pain consults Medication Verification Supervising technicians compounding sterile IV (using Dose Edge to verify), checking pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes List any machines and / or equipment used on the unit : Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color - no specific scrub color for our department Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
