Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the restructuring industry, including client-side experience

Proven track record in business development and revenue generation

In-depth understanding of financial reviews, corporate recoveries, and insolvencies

Proficient in distressed sale transactions and negotiation of asset purchase agreements
