We’re hiring multiple Seasonal Guest Services Representatives to help make this season magical for everyone who visits!

Position Dates : ?November 22 – January 4

Pay Rate : ?$13 / hour

Location : ?Crocker Park, Westlake, OH

Seasonal Employees are trained on answering general guest questions, helping direct people to different stores / restaurants on property, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include :

Train Conductor

• Process payments and safely transport guests around Crocker Park.
• The train will run outdoors daily, weather dependent.
• Conductors are responsible for keeping the train area tidy and completing a shift checklist to ensure safety and readiness.

Guest Services / Gift Card Sales

Santa’s Village Welcoming Crew

All seasonal employees will be trained across these areas and may be asked to perform other duties as needed. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and completing a shift checklist are essential parts of every role.

From November 22 through January 4 , we’re hiring?multiple Seasonal Team Members to help bring the holiday spirit to life.

Roles include operating our festive outdoor train as a Train Conductor , assisting guests with ticket and gift card sales , and welcoming families to Santa’s Village as part of our cheerful greeting crew. Each role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor responsibilities and includes maintaining a clean, organized workspace and completing a shift checklist to ensure smooth operations.

This position is perfect for energetic, friendly, and flexible individuals who love working with people and spreading joy.
