This position is perfect for a nurse who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to providing critical care to patients in urgent situations offering $75,000 to $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Room RN, you will :

Deliver prompt and effective care to patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions

Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize patient care needs

Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions

Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status changes

Collaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions

Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

Uphold hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards

Qualifications

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required ( PALS and TNCC preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of ER or critical care nursing experience

Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills

Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments
