Key Responsibilities
Own and scale the recruiting engine for licensed clinicians and physicians
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates efficiently
Manage candidate pipelines and optimize recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in agency, staffing, or startup environments
Direct experience hiring clinicians, physicians, or other healthcare professionals
Proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring goals
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
