Opportunity Overview : CORTEK seeks a highly qualified Senior Analyst to support DOM OPS operations within the Department of the Army. This role requires deep knowledge of HQDA staff operations, Army modernization forums, and strategic-level analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior Army leadership through data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, and force development initiatives.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic-level analysis and support for Army Senior Leader forums and modernization enterprise integration
• Develop and present products for briefings, working groups, and decision forums
• Coordinate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to produce high-level strategic documents
• Support programming data analysis for POM builds, SPAR, and senior leader briefings
• Assist DOM Hardware Divisions with analytical support for SPAR
• Contribute to budget justification documents, strategic communication plans, and leader smart books
• Conduct quality control of Director Leadership Reviews and Portfolio briefings
• Provide recommendations for briefing and presentation improvements
• Review and analyze AR2B issues and assist in preparing senior leaders for AR2B discussions
