A Day in the Life of a RN Home Care
Home Care positions travel to various locations within the city and require the use of a personal vehicle with insurance coverage. This position works under the supervision of Home Care leadership. The RN Home Care assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises patient / family care in the home based on age-specific needs / expected outcomes according to policies and procedures. Accepts responsibility for direction of coworkers in the implementation of care plans.
