Worksite Details :
Daily staffing model : 1 MD and 2 CRNAs, Monday through Friday
Three anesthesia sites daily, including OB
Case mix includes : General
Orthopedics
OB
Gynecology
Ophthalmology
Podiatry
Practice Model :
Not a supervision model
CRNAs and MDs practice independently with shared autonomy
Epidural and regional block skills required
EMR System : EPIC
Scheduling :
3 weeks on, 1 week off
Call every 3rd night and every 4th weekend
Compensation : $550,000 base
Additional $25,000 Chief stipend
