Direct Hire Search Consultant - Manpower
Our client, a premier manufacturer of work truck attachments and equipment, is seeking an experienced Technical Service Representative to join their team. In this role you will work with equipment dealers and end users on resolving technical issues, conduct product demonstrations and training and on occasion install, service and maintain products on demo vehicles.
Base pay range
$50,000.00 / yr - $77,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, e-mails and from customers concerning products and complaints.
- Administer RMA claims in the warranty program including customer contact, data entry, disposition of claims and returned product.
- Must have Valid State driver\'s license, Ability to meet DOT requirements to operate a DOT registered vehicle, ability to obtain a passport for business travel outside the U.S.
- Assist in the development / improvement of training materials, product displays, training aids and presentations. Train distributor / sub dealer personnel and end users at individual, regional and factory locations in product knowledge, troubleshooting and repair of all Equipment.
- Install, service and maintain products on Regional Sales Manager demo vehicles. Provide Sales, Advertising and Marketing department with support for sales events and photo shoots requiring assembly and presentation of product.
- Participate in fit-up checks of current kits on new model / year trucks and assist the Innovations Department in field tests of newly designed products.
- Proofread all technical literature for content, grammar and clarity.
- Provide reports and file paperwork in a timely and orderly manner.
What this role needs
Education
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and / or high school diploma or equivalent plus six months to one year experience and / or training in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.Related Skills and Knowledge
