Make the technical case for the employer's solutions to merchantsBuild trust and foster long-term relationships with Enterprise merchantsDesign custom solutions based on merchants' business priorities and technical capabilitiesDevelop pre-sales support materials and documentation for new products and featuresPresent custom demos and work with Sales operations to refine scalable business processesWhat is Required
BA / BS degree in business / technology or equivalent technical account management experienceMinimum of 6+ years in Sales Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Solutions Engineering roleExceptional communication skills with strong sales instinctsProficiency in at least one programming language for technical tasksProven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with high attention to detailHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
