What You’ll Do :
- Lead, motivate, and support your maintenance team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our apartment homes and community spaces.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing issues, appliances, and more.
- Ensure service requests are completed within 24 hours , with care and attention to detail.
- Proactively handle preventive maintenance to avoid surprises and costly repairs.
- Oversee groundskeeping and curb appeal — pressure washing, debris removal, and more.
- Maintain inventory, track expenses, and stay ahead of maintenance needs.
- Rotate on-call duties and assist with weekend / holiday coverage as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards and SPM procedures.
- Be a partner and problem solver — working closely with residents, vendors, and office staff to keep everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring :
At least 3 years of property maintenance experience (supervisory or lead tech experience a plus)EPA HVAC Certification (required)Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and pool maintenanceLeadership mindset with great communication and team-building skillsHigh standards for quality, safety, and customer servicePhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasksA valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationWhat You’ll Get :
