Eastern Michigan Agencies Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage and a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and develop new business opportunities
- Manage an existing book of commercial insurance accounts
- Serve clients of all sizes with exceptional customer service
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Listen attentively and address client needs
- Negotiate coverage and terms when necessary
- Process endorsements, audits, and claims accurately
