Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for complex, high-priority customer issues across various channels
Track and analyze customer contact data to identify trends and prepare reports for management

Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or call center environment
Proficiency with CRM software and case management systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and report findings
