Senior Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Sr. Compliance Officer, Marketing & Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to review advertising and marketing materials for compliance with applicable laws

Develop and maintain Compliance Marketing Guidelines for marketing and advertising materials

Advise on compliance requirements and collaborate on product development to ensure compliance is integrated from the start

Required Qualifications

Consumer compliance experience in the Banking / FinTech space

Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and regulators

Experience providing compliance advice to management

Regulatory knowledge and interpretation skills in a technology environment

Working knowledge of a Compliance Management System; CRCM preferred
