Key Responsibilities
Deliver outsourced financial management services to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs)
Manage multiple client relationships and oversee financial performance assessments
Develop strategies to improve financial operations and guide clients through change initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Audit or Accounting
5+ years of experience in healthcare finance; FQHC experience is a plus
Strong understanding of financial operations, budgeting, and reimbursement systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
Experience in building remote team relationships based on trust and accountability
