Coverage Needed Start date : 12 / 25 / 2025 End date : Ongoing coverage up to 2 weeks per month Specific Dates : 12 / 25(7a)-1 / 1(7a) 7 / 1(7a)-7 / 15(7a) 8 / 8(7a)-8 / 15(7a) 3 days outpatient clinic (these days are not confirmed, will be three mornings each week, Monday-Friday) Clinical Details Setting : Hospital and Outpatient Clinic Call : 24 / 7 ER coverage for 2 weeks per month EMR : EPIC Support Staff : Dedicated PA support, Hospital support and MA in outpatient clinic Trauma Level : Level II Patients per day : Varies from 0-7 Required Procedures : Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues Requirements Board Certified State License : WA (preferred) or IMLC with LOQ in hand Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Will consider an orthopedic surgeon with trauma experience instead BLS, DEA (required, will consider candidates obtaining post-offer) Clean Malpractice (highly preferred) 5 years of Level II experience
