About the Role : Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, assisting patients with their needs, and supporting our team in delivering outstanding vision care services.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Greeting patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
• Assisting with insurance verification and billing inquiries.
• Answering phone calls and addressing patient questions or concerns.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Helping patients select glasses or contact lenses that meet their needs and preferences.
