Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details :

• Work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday shifts
• Perform exams on outpatients, inpatients, and emergency patients
• Must be competent in all areas of diagnostic radiography and computerized tomography (CT), positioning, procedure preparation, and modality technical factors
• Required to work between X-ray and CT while supporting the imaging department within the hospital
• Perform all CT exams with and without contrast including CT angiography
• Conduct X-ray exams using fixed and mobile x-ray units
• Work with GE 64 slice CT unit, Carestream X-ray equipment, and OEC C-Arms
• Use Meditech EMR system and Merge Unity PACS
• Ability to perform fluoroscopy exams preferred
• Willingness to use C-arm in the OR preferred
• Ability to perform invasive procedures in CT preferred
• Must wear navy colored scrubs
• Required certifications : Medical Radiologic Technologist General Certificate from Texas Medical Board (TMB), Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT) certifications from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Must demonstrate work-focused, teamwork-minded, professional, and collaborative personality traits
